Dr. Janet Iwasa is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Utah. Her lab, called the Animation Lab, focuses on creating visualizations of diverse biological processes for research, education and outreach. In this presentation, Janet will describe her career path, and share examples of different projects that seek to describe complex molecular mechanisms to diverse audiences.
